Amanda and Adam along with Willow summer 2009
All about A & A Cockers
Where does the time go, but most importantly what would CC's do without Adam and Amanda? It seems like just yesterday when Adam and Amanda made a commitment to the cocker spaniel breed with Hunter. Assuming this responsibility so that CC's would have a nice black male to use on occasion. Soon they felt they were ready to take on a female and have an occasional litter of pups. Maintaining and whelping a litter is a lot of work but both have proved themselves time and again. Hunter and Jersey have been inseperable for 5 years now giving CC's some great little black pups.
As the years have gone by they felt the house had room for one more and they made the decision to purchase Willow. All are house dogs and very well maintained. The apple does not fall far from the tree.... Adam is every bit as diligent in the care of his crew as his mother. I mention Adam first only because he is the daily care giver as he works on the family farm and is able to steal away when need be to take care of the adults or litter of pups when they are here.
Amanda and Adam can both be found on a Saturday morning geared up for clip and dip day. They work well together and both are very particular about the care of their Crew.
CC's depends on them both 100% when we need to get away for a few days. Adam and Amanda have been left with not only CC's crew to tend to but generally puppies to moniter as well. We never have to worry, knowing they know what is expected when rearing cocker spaniels.
Don't look for any additions to the A & A crew, both are in agreement that three cocker spaniels in the house is plenty!
Our Amanda graduates from the Dental Hygene Program in May 2010, she is the top in her class and know she will make a great addition to any dental program. So any Dentist out there in need of a new hygenist give us a call! Our family is doubly blessed with the kids to wed in June 2011. Amanda has been a part of our family for quite some time and we couldn't be more thrilled to have her carry on the Main name.
