Here at CC's I try to make everything as clear as possible about what is available and how I try to do things. I believe with my set of guidelines things run more smoothly and with out complications.
With that said, before you are directed to the Available Pups link it is advised that you take a glance at the information listed below.
Available Puppies will be listed on the link reading "Available Puppies" only. Those pups that are available will be clearly marked as such.
When puppies are placed on site in photo form, they are "available" for homes. Those who are able to pick a puppy at an early age are welcome to select their puppy at this time. For those who wish to wait for an older puppy, that is fine too. However, no pups will be held. All puppies are placed on a first come first serve basis to approved pet homes. In the event that a puppy remains available and is a little older this may be an option for you. You are taking a chance by waiting on a puppy this way, but I feel this is the best procedure for all involved.
When you have decided on a puppy a verbal committment is given, followed by a prompt deposit of half the purchase price. A courtesy email is suggested stating the deposit has been sent. I will notify you when it arrives. If your deposit does not arrive in a timely manner, the said puppy will become available. A deposit is a monetary committment.... in the event that you should back out of this committment to your CC puppy your deposit is forfeited. A deposit is the only way I have to insure a puppy has been placed.
Communication: I make every effort to stay in contact with my families, from weekly photos on website to email. It is greatly appreciated that when I send out an email to you that some type of response is given so that I know you have received it. At weekly photo updates a short email would be great just to know your still looking forward to your new CC family member.
At anytime during the purchase period CC's feels uncomfortable. Perhaps lack of communication and or committment your deposit will be sent back and puppy forfeited.
